This database contain data about translations of Hungarian literary
works published abroad since 1945.
It also includes information about some former translations and some published in Hungary. The
database is based on 7111 translations of Hungarian literary works, and theese
translations are organised in the published volumes. This gives you the
opportunity to search - in addition to the Hungarian title of the work and the
author - also for the title of the translation and the title of the volume
in the given language. The specification of the anthologies' contents is in
progress.
Unfortunately, at present this database is incomplete. There are some gaps,
occasionally errors. If you happen to know any further details, please don't
